📄 Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Who we are
AIPredict (the website aipredict.io, "AIPredict", "we", "us") is operated by AIPredict, Poland. You can reach us at [email protected].
These Terms apply to everyone who uses AIPredict, with or without an account. By using the site or buying a plan you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What AIPredict is
AIPredict publishes sports predictions, probabilities, statistics and analyses generated by artificial intelligence models from public sports data. The content is for information and entertainment.
- We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold money for betting or pay out winnings.
- A prediction is a probability, not a promise. Sport is uncertain and no model is right every time. Past results, including the accuracy we publish, do not guarantee future results.
- Nothing on AIPredict is financial, investment or betting advice. Any decision to bet, and any money won or lost, is yours alone.
3. Age and local law
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling where you live, if higher) to use AIPredict. It is your responsibility to check that sports betting is legal where you are. Bet only what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, get help from a support service in your country, for example BeGambleAware.
4. Your account
- An account is created when you register or buy a plan. Give a working e-mail address: we send access details, receipts and important notices there.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your login or resell, republish or automatically copy (scrape) our content.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, uses stolen payment details or tries to harm the service. Where the law requires, we will tell you why.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Premium gives access to all predictions and features listed on the pricing page for the period you paid for. The price, currency and period are shown before you pay. Prices may differ by country.
- Card and wallet payments (Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay) start a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length and the price shown at purchase, until you cancel. We send a reminder before renewals where required.
- Mobile money payments buy access for a fixed number of days. They do not renew automatically; you choose whether to pay again.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and pawaPay. We never see or store your full card number or mobile money PIN.
- If we change the price of a subscription, the new price applies only from your next renewal and we tell you in advance, so you can cancel before it applies.
- Promotional prices and free trials apply only as described in the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, a trial paid by card becomes a regular subscription when it ends.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account (or by writing to us). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments for periods that have already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or in the case of an error described in section 8.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Premium gives you immediate access to digital content. When you complete a purchase, you expressly ask us to start providing access immediately and you acknowledge that, once access has started, you lose your right of withdrawal. Where the law nevertheless treats Premium as a service, you agree to pay for the part of the period already provided.
8. Billing errors and complaints
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount different from the one shown at checkout, write to [email protected] with the e-mail used for the purchase and we will correct it. Complaints about the service can be sent to the same address. We reply within 14 days.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep AIPredict available and accurate, but data from sports providers can be late or wrong, and the site can be briefly unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, sports or markets, as long as the main purpose of the plan you paid for is preserved.
10. Content and intellectual property
All content on AIPredict (predictions, analyses, texts, design and software) belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including copying predictions into other websites, apps, channels or groups, needs our written permission.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for betting losses or for decisions you make based on our content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will tell you before it applies; if you do not agree, you can cancel before your next renewal.
